Intimate black-box theater inside a blue storefront on a busy LA boulevard (Ralphs and Metro stop visible across the street), with a two-level set built from raw timber framing, a black multi-tier staircase, and an upper balcony platform. The black-painted stage walls are hand-chalked with a Henry VI Plantagenet family tree wound with red and white roses, surrounded by tiered audience seating just feet from the playing area.
